Pentagon Rules: No Purple Heart for PTSD

PTSD is not a "qualifying Purple Heart wound," according to the Pentagon. Defense Department spokeswoman Eileen Lainez, who told NavyTimes.com that "advancements in medical science may support future re-evaluation."
